Beverly Averette

Beverly Averette is the Chief Financial Officer at Greene County Hospital. She began her career working in Financial Management and as Human Resources Officer directly out of High School. Her experience at other facilities prepared her for her managerial role at Greene County. In her Chief Financial Officer role, She is responsible for fiscal monitoring and all day-to-day financial matters. She has Billing Department oversight in her routine monitoring of revenue. She also has Accounts Payable oversight for monitoring of the organization’s expenditures. She also heads special projects for the organization. She continues to expand her knowledge of this role through workshops, seminars, and classes.

Outside of her long workdays, she loves to spend time with her family. Her grandson, Ben affectionately showers his “Bev-Bev” with hugs and kisses at every opportunity.
