Donna Wagoner (AGNP)

Donna Wagner, Certified Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) is the Greene County Nursing Home Director of Nursing. She has been in Long Term care for 40 years with 32 of those years as a Registered Nurse. Her managerial experience spans 10 years in the healthcare field. Donna joined the Greene County Family in June 2020. Her experience and expertise have been a welcome and stabilizing force. She is a caring and compassionate nurse who enjoys helping others and she is loved by the staff and residents alike. Between her position and schoolwork for her Doctorate Degree, she stays very busy.

When not working or in school, she enjoys spending time with family and grandchildren, traveling, cooking, and shopping.
